KPI properties provide options for customizing your KPI chart. Additionally, you can use the Rich Text Editor to customize the KPI charts, such as for conditional highlighting of text.

- Click Customize Design.
- Use the Rich Text Editor to create a custom design. See Rich Text Editor to learn more.
- Click Apply.

The Rich Text Editor is displayed.
In the Insert list, click Actions, then select the required action you want to display in both the sheet and dashboard.
Info title Info If you want to apply multiple actions in a single KPI, you must separate them by adding columns or rows.
- Click Apply. You can view the selected action in the KPI sheet as a link.
Clicking the action will open the worksheet or dashboard based on the filters you specified for that action.
