Note

From Kyvos 2023.3 onwards, you can do the following: 

  • View the Web Server logs. Additionally, you can view and download Kyvos Web Portal logs from the Logs page of Kyvos Manager. You can also export the logs from the Operation's Operations page.

  • Adjust the height of the BI Server and Query Engine panels while monitoring them according to their requirements.

To generate the thread dump log, perform the following steps. 

  1. From any tab in the Monitor, from the Actions menu(...), click Generate Thread Dump Log.

  2. Click the icon to copy the results to the clipboard.

  3. You can paste it into an editor to view the results.
