The user belongs to an organization. The functionalities available to a user depend on the organization to which the user belongs and the access rights granted.
By default, the roles below are automatically mapped for Kyvos users.
Administrators
Designers
Business Users
End Users
To map a custom role created in Kyvos, perform the following steps.
Create a similar role in Kyvos Reporting in Manage Users (explained in detail in the subsequent chapters).
In integration.xml file, in the <Reporting Roles> tag, enter the custom role information.

If Kyvos Reporting is integrated with another application, users may access Kyvos Reporting functionalities from within the host application. In this case, you need to create an organization in Kyvos Reporting (for the users of the the host application) and create users in it. Users of the host application will be mapped with users of Kyvos Reporting’s organization.
