Assign the Billing reader permissions to the Managed Identity for fetching the usage information.

For this, perform the following steps.

Navigate to the Subscription on the Azure portal.
Click the Subscription from the list, and click Access control (IAM) option.
Click Add > Add role assignment.
Search and select the Billing Reader permission. Click Next.
