Intellicus Reporting Service
The Windows Service Manager is a tool that helps designed to simplify common tasks tasks like stop or start some service, disable the service, delay its start up or resume or pause the Windows Service. Intellicus starting or stopping services, disabling services, delaying their startup, or pausing and resuming Windows Services. Kyvos Reporting Service is a Windows NT Service . It launches that runs essential Kyvos services such as the Report Server, Web Server, and Load Balancers Balancer in the SYSTEM account. Processes that run running in the SYSTEM account continue to run even after the user logs off.Figure 1: Intellicus
Purpose of Kyvos Reporting Service

The purpose of launching these processes by a service is that user does not need to login to start the Intellicus processes. This service starts automatically when system boots up, which in turn starts Intellicus servers.
Servers
Intellicus Service Manager Kyvos Reporting Service ensures that the Kyvos processes (Report Server, Web Server, and Load Balancer) start automatically when the system boots up, eliminating the need for users to log in to launch these processes.

Kyvos Reporting Service manages the following server processes:
Report Server: This server serves Provides reporting services and internal repository services to clients.

Start Servers during system boot upDuring System Boot Up: Check this box to automatically start all the servers when the system boots up. If you keep it unchecked, you servers can be manually start individual services started from the Service Manager window.
Enable autoAuto-restart Restart if servers crashServers Crash: Check this box to auto-automatically restart a server if Intellicus Service finds it crashed. Intellicus Manager will consider a server as crashed crashes. The system considers a server to be "crashed" if it is not stopped from within Intellicus via the Kyvos Reporting Service Manager.
Server startup timeout: When a server is started, Intellicus service keeps on pinging the server to know if it has started. Server startup timeout is the time in seconds for which the service will keep on pinging and wait for server to respond. If server fails to Startup Timeout: Defines the timeout (in seconds) for server startup. The system will continue pinging the server until it responds, or until the timeout is reached. If the server does not respond within this time, it stops pinging and logs error in the Event Viewer. Specify a value between 0 and 7200 (seconds)an error is logged. Valid range: 0 to 7200 seconds.
Server Process monitor interval: This is the time Monitor Interval: Defines how often the system checks if the server is running (in seconds) after which Intellicus Service will check if server is running or not. Value can be between 10 and 7200 (seconds). Valid range: 10 to 7200 seconds.
