Pinned chats or a full pinboard can be exported as a PDF.
To export the pinned chats or pinboard as a PDF, perform the following steps.

Click the actions menu (…) > Export,located at the right of the page. The PDF Export dialog is displayed.
On the dialog box, select the Include Only Pinned Conversations checkbox. The pinned conversations will be exported in the PDF format.
Similarly, to export the full pinboard, click the actions menu (…) > Export,located at the right of the page. The PDF will be exported containing details of the full pinboard.
