When The Kyvos Reporting runs in secured mode, it authenticates and authorizes every user trying to access Kyvos Reporting.The user belongs to an organizationprivilege is automatically granted to Administrators. Furthermore, Administrators can assign this privilege to custom roles.
Users are created in the designated organization, KyvosOrg. The functionalities available to a user depend on the organization to which the user belongs their role and the access rights granted.
By default, the roles below are automatically mapped for Kyvos users.
Administrators Administrator: Super Administrator
Designers: Data Administrator, Category Setup, Adhoc Report Designer, Studio Report Designer
Business Users: Category Setup, Adhoc Report Designer, Studio Report Designer

If Kyvos Reporting is integrated with another application, users may access Kyvos Reporting functionalities from within the host application. In this case, you need to create an organization in Kyvos Reporting (for the users of the the host application) and create users in it.
