TopN and BottomN can only be applied after other filters, showing the top or bottom number of values you specify. It can only be used with dimensions or levels in the current view.

Note The grand total and subtotals in a crosstab are not updated when you apply TopN. It can only be applied once per dimension/attribute pair. You cannot modify the criteria in simple and complex filters, such as Contextual TopN, when editing is not allowed from the Sheet and Filter Widget. |
