The following permissions are required for Load Balancer entries manipulation to be added to the role.

GCP
The compute.healthChecks.update post-upgrade permission needs to be assigned to the service account attached to Kyvos nodes.
To scale Web Portal nodes on GCP, the deployment script currently does not support creating a load balancer. Therefore, you will need to manually create an external Load Balancer. For further details, see the Configuring External Load Balancer for GCP section.
