You can view data in a worksheet in several different ways, such as in a chart or crosstab. When viewing a chart, you can also choose to show a table view of the data.
Views show the resulting data as you have sorted, filtered, and transformed it. The results may show only a subset of the entire transformation.
To switch views, you must not be editing the data in the chart, table, or crosstab.
When viewing a crosstab, you’ll only see the choices available for working with a crosstab.
To change the view type, perform the following steps:
From the Toolbox, select Workbooks, then select a workbook and a worksheet.
Use the Design workspace that displays the View Type information.Select a chart type from the View Type list.

To change a chart view to a table and back
Right-click the chart and choose Show Data, then choose Summarized View.
Right-click the table and choose Chart View to return to the chart view.
