You can query based on the metadata of the semantic model. Hence, having the required metadata of the semantic model is mandatory. If the metadata, such as description, key, tags, drivers, and key element settings, is not available; hence, the accuracy of the answers might not be inappropriate. You can modify the semantic model metadata at any point to get more targeted and relevant data retrieval.
To modify the metadata of the semantic model, perform the following steps.
On the Kyvos Virtual Assistant page, click the semantic model name, as shown below. You will be redirected to semantic model designer’s page.
On the semantic model page, in the Properties pane, click Conversational Analytics Metadata.
On the Conversation Analytics Metadata dialog, click Key Elements you need as metadata for the semantic model.
Click Apply. The metadata will appear in the Show Metadata list on the Kyvos Virtual Assistant page.
