You can now export their chat sessions as PDF files. Kyvos offers flexibility, allowing you to export specific parts of a chat session, such as summaries, card information, or only answered conversations.
To export chat session as PDF, perform the following steps.
Click actions menu (…) > Export located at the right of the page. The PDF Export dialog is displayed.
Select the following checkboxes as needed:
Include Conversation Summary: Select this checkbox to export only conversation summary.
Include Conversation Information: Select this checkbox to export only conversation card information.
Include Only Answered Conversations: Select this checkbox to export only answered conversations.
Note
If you do not select the Include Only Answered Conversations checkbox, all errors and unanswered will be included in the report.
