You can now export their chat sessions as PDF files. Kyvos offers flexibility, allowing you to export specific parts of a chat session, such as summaries, card information, or only answered conversations.

To export chat session as PDF, perform the following steps.

1. Click actions menu (…) > Export located at the right of the page. The PDF Export dialog is displayed.

   

2. Select the following checkboxes as needed:

   • Include Conversation Summary: Select this checkbox to export only conversation summary.

   • Include Conversation Information: Select this checkbox to export only conversation card information.

   • Include Only Answered Conversations: Select this checkbox to export only answered conversations.
