Starting a scheduled down cluster for Marketplace deployments

Kyvos Azure Marketplace   Kyvos GCP Marketplace Kyvos Single Node Installation (Kyvos SNI)

  • Kyvos generates an authentication token key when the cluster shuts down as per schedule.

  • If a cluster is shut down on schedule, you can manually restart it. To start the cluster manually, you will receive an email with a link. Clicking the link will automatically fetch the token. When successful, you will be redirected to the sign-in page.

  • The cluster will start automatically at the next scheduled time. 

Note

  • For automatic and manual restart, the cluster may take 10-15 minutes to start. You can check the status on the Kyvos Manager.

  • You can also subscribe to notifications for when the cluster is down to receive details to restart the cluster if needed.
