Integrating Kyvos Reporting Service with Kyvos

The Kyvos Reporting privilege is automatically granted to Administrators. Furthermore, Administrators can assign this privilege to custom roles.

Note

  • The Kyvos Reporting Service is integrated with Kyvos when:

    • The Kyvos Reporting Service is available only when the value of the ENABLE_KYVOS_REPORTING is set to Yes. This is not editable. By default, it is set to No. When the Kyvos Reporting node is created through Kyvos Manager, the value of this property will be set to Yes.

    • The REPORTING PORTAL URL property is editable via Kyvos Manager. However, the URL value is automatically filled when the Kyvos Reporting node is created through Kyvos Manager.

    • When the Kyvos Reporting privilege is provided by selecting the Reporting menu list.

This privilege enables users to access the Kyvos Reporting option in the toolbox menu. The Reporting menu option is displayed.

When Kyvos Reporting is selected, the Kyvos Reporting Dashboard automatically logs in and displays options according to the roles and privileges assigned to the user.

When you sign out of the Kyvos application, the Kyvos Reporting signs out as well.
