To enable GenAI in Kyvos:

Conversational Analytics must be enabled in the license.

For a new conversation, the client sends the previously generated SQL query to the server, if available. The server then uses this query to create a new one.

Can the Ask Kyvos Copilot GenAI capability be integrated with other chatbots or with internally developed enterprise chatbots?

No, Kyvos currently does not integrate with any third-party chatbots.

Currently, it only considers the context of the previous chat. Is there a way to incorporate context from earlier chats?

How is the title or summary generated?

To generate the summary, we have conducted extensive prompt engineering. We provide the data along with a well-designed prompt that helps the language model identify key insights. This process results in a summary highlighting important patterns and trends, giving you valuable information.
For the title, we combine a customized prompt with the SQL query related to your data. This approach enables the language model to create an engaging title that accurately reflects its purpose and functionality.

On this page, you can specify synonyms or alternative terms to be used for dimension names, attributes, and measures. For example, if "Material" can also be referred to as "Ingredient," you can indicate this. This feature will facilitate the creation of a glossary for Conversation Analytics.
