You can apply a filter in the Completed Processes tab or the Audit log tab to make it easier to find specific items.

You can filter based on the instance name, query execution, semantic model name, and cache type.

To apply a filter, perform the following steps.

  1. From the Toolbox, choose Monitor.

  2. Click a tab that supports filtering, for example, the Completed Processes tab.

  3. Click Filter at the top of the window.

  4. In the filter pane, use the checkboxes to select filter options, and then select the appropriate criteria and values.
For example, you can choose Status in the list and specify Failed or Success.

The filter is immediately applied to the list. The record count is automatically updated once the filter is applied.

Click Hide Filter at the top of the window to hide the filter pane.
