Connecting shared Credits Database for Kyvos Cloud deployment

To connect the BI Server to the shared Credits Database, perform the following steps. 

  1. Navigate to the AWS Console, and open the Security Group of the shared Credits Database.

  2. In the Edit inbound rules section, add an inbound rule with the Custom TCP on port 45421 for the IP of the BI Server.

Note

This is the BI Server of the secondary deployment where you manually configure the shared Credits Database.

  1. Establish VPC Peering connection between the 2 VPCs (virtual private clouds), i. e. primary cluster VPC and secondary cluster VPC refer to AWS Documentation.

  2. In the VPC peering connection setting Edit DNS Settings section, select the Allow acceptor VPC and Allow DNS resolution checkboxes.

  3. Now from Kyvos Manager, connect credit info resource.
