New users receive an email, which is sent to the email address. The email contains a link, which is used to sign in to Kyvos Manager.
To sign in to Kyvos Manager, perform the following steps.
Go to the URL you received via email from your Kyvos administrator. For example, www.kyvosinsights.com/login
The Kyvos Sign In page is displayed.
Enter your Username and password provided in the email.
Click Sign In. You are redirected to a page to provide your email address and update the temporary password.
The page to Update User Details and Change Password is displayed.
Enter your Email address and click Next. The Change Password screen is displayed.
Enter the current password.
Enter your new password and retype your new password to confirm.
Click Finish. You are returned to the Sign In page.
Enter your username and new password. You are signed in to Kyvos Manager and can access the functionality assigned to your administrative role. By default, all users of the Kyvos Manager are administrators.
