This property is used to provide the maximum number of days after which the password will expire.
Values and behavior:
Any integer value greater than 10.
Zero implies that the password will never expire.
Syntax:
PASSWORD_EXPIRATION_TIME=[Days after which password need to be changed] (No. of Days)
