To verify and register Microsoft Provider, perform the following steps.
Log in to the Azure portal.
Search and select Subscription.
Navigate to Subscription and then click your subscription name.
In the left pane, go to Settings, click Resource Providers. You can see a list of Microsoft Resource Providers with their status as Registered or Not Registered.
If you want to use Microsoft.App as a provider, you will first need to register it. To do so, click on the item you wish to register, and then click Register. Once registered, the item's status will be displayed as Registered.
