You can view data in a worksheet in several different ways, such as in a chart or crosstab. When viewing a chart, you can also choose to show a table view of the data.
Views show the resulting data as you have sorted , and filtered , and transformed it. The results may show only a subset of the entire transformation.
To switch views, you must not be editing the data in the chart, table, or crosstab.
