When a report is run in HTML/ or iHTML format, the HTML Viewer appears at the top of the report. As an administrator, you can customize the HTML Toolbar Viewer according toolbar to meet organizational needs. The toolbar has provides options to export, print, publish, email, or upload reports.

To configure the HTML Viewer toolbar settings, go to Navigate > Administration > Configure > ViewerFigure 1: HTML Viewer.

Configuration Page

As a super administrator, you can customize (configure) the HTML Viewer for the following levels:

  • Default: Applied when no configuration is set, or System the system configuration is lost / or deleted.

  • System: Applied to all the users /or roles of all the organization for whom custom configuration is not setupacross all organizations where custom configurations are not set.

  • Organization: Applied to all the users /or roles of within an organization for whom custom configuration is not setupwhere custom configurations are not set.

  • Users/Roles: Applied specifically to the user /or role for which it is created.

When you open the configuration page, the System configuration is displayed by default.   A configuration You can be:

  • Opened, so that it can be editedOpen a configuration to edit it.

  • Saved for (and so applied to) Save for one or multiple organizations and users to apply the configuration.

  • Deleted Delete the configuration for one or multiple organizations and users.

The HTML Viewer toolbar page has these areasToolbar page includes the following sections:

This area contains a box where you can select the section allows you to configure which tool-button group to include on HTML toolbar.To make tool button groups appear on the HTML Viewer ,Toolbar and adjust their sequence.

Steps to Configure Tool-Button Groups:

  1. In the box within under the Show area section, select check box in front of respective the checkbox for the desired tool-button group. The information

  2. The details for the selected group will appear on the right side of the Show area would change and have information related to the tool button group selected.

  3. Specify Configure the details , select options as per needand options for the selected group as needed.

Ad hoc Power Viewer

When viewing an Ad hoc Report is viewed in Viewer, you can do much more than just viewing and saving the report. While viewing a report you may want to perform perform additional actions like sorting, grouping or , repositioning columns, or viewing a chart charts in different ways. You can perform such functions dynamically at runtime on reports if These dynamic actions are possible if the Ad hoc Power Viewer is enabled.
