With Kyvos, users have the ability to manually adjust the scaling of XY charts, such as Bar, Column, and Line charts. This feature allows for customization of the value axis scale to best fit the user's needs, resulting in an optimal viewing experience for their data. By manually scaling, users can limit the scale to a specific range, resulting in a more polished and refined representation of the data.

To adjust manual scaling, perform the following steps.

  1. From the Toolbox, select Workbooks, then select a workbook and worksheet.

  2. Select Design if needed.

  3. Right-click an element in a chart, such as a bar in a graph.

  4. In the Properties pane, choose Worksheet. The options to specify the legend settings are displayed.

  5. Select the Manual option from the Left, Right, Top, or Bottom Axis Scale.

  6. Specify the Minimum and maximum value.

The chart will reflect the scale value you apply, allowing you to view the specific range of data you have selected.
