From the Kyvos Manager Portal, you can provide the IP/hostname and port mapping for the Kyvos Manager application. All components in the cluster will use these configurations to connect to this Kyvos Manager application.
Kyvos Manager application will continue to run on the IP/hostname and port on which it is already configured. It will not use any new values for the hostname and port provided here.

To view/modify the Kyvos Manager server details, perform the following steps:

  1. On the navigation pane, click Kyvos Manager Settings > Hostname Mapping.

  2. To update the configuration:

  3. Specify the Kyvos Manager Server IP/hostname that is accessible from all your cluster nodes.

  4. Specify the Kyvos Manager Server Port that is accessible from all your cluster nodes.

  5. Shows the Public URL for accessing the Kyvos Manager Portal constructed from the values mentioned in Kyvos Manager IP/Hostname and Kyvos Manager Port.

  6. Click the Validate button to verify server accessibility from all nodes.

  7. Click Save.

Important

Regardless of the location of the Kyvos Manager server, whether on-premise or external to a firewall, the application must be accessible using the Public URL. If the server hosting information is changed after deploying the cluster, the status of services for the clusters that are deployed is shown as Down.
