If you have forgotten your Kyvos Manager account user name or password, you can use the Forgot user name or password link available on the Sign In page to retrieve your user name or password. 

Note

The Forgot user name or password link is enabled only if your mail account is configured through the Kyvos Manager. See the Mail Account section for more details. 
If your mail account is not configured, an error message is displayed, and you cannot reset your user name or password. In this case, you must contact Kyvos Administrator to get the user name and password. 

To reset the user name or password, perform the following steps. 

  1. On the Sign In page, click the Forgot user name or password link. 

  2. Select the I forgot password or I forgot user name option. 

  3. Enter your email address and click Send Mail
    You receive an email from Kyvos Administrator, which contains your user name or temporary password.  

Note

You will receive mail only when the entered mail is registered with the user.
