If you have forgotten your Kyvos account password, contact the Kyvos administrator or the person who provided you access to Kyvos to arrange to have the password reset.

Depending on how your installation of Kyvos is configured, your password may be set to expire. If that is the case, you will be prompted to change it before the expiration date. You will receive an email notification in advance of the date.

To change the password, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the person icon at the top right of the window.

  2. Select Change Password
If you don’t see the Change Password menu choice, you are using an LDAP account.

  3. Enter the current password.

  4. Enter your new password and retype your password to confirm.

  5. Click Change.

See Password guidelines for details on choosing a password.

Note

If your Kyvos access has been set up using an LDAP account, you can’t change the password from within Kyvos.
