To connect the BI Server to the shared Credits Database, perform the following steps.
- Navigate to the AWS Console, and open the Security Group of the shared Credits Database.
- In the Edit inbound rules section, add an inbound rule with the Custom TCP on port 45421 for the IP of the BI Server.
NOTE: This is the BI Server of the secondary deployment where you manually configure the shared Credits Database. - Establish VPC Peering connection between the 2 VPCs (virtual private clouds), i. e. primary cluster VPC and secondary cluster VPC refer to AWS Documentation.
- In the VPC peering connection setting Edit DNS Settings section, select the Allow acceptor VPC and Allow DNS resolution checkboxes.
- Now from Kyvos Manager, connect credit info resource.
