The Kyvos Manager enables you to view, edit, add, or delete the various Kyvos properties by directly providing access to the properties files.

From Kyvos 2023.3 onwards, you can see the last performed Kyvos properties operation details, including progress status and start time, by clicking the i icon located next to the Revert button.   To view more comprehensive details, simply click the  View Details link, which will take you to the  Operations  page where you can view the operation information in detail. 

  1. To access the Properties page, click the cluster name > Kyvos and Ecosystem > Kyvos Properties on the navigation pane.
    The Kyvos Properties dialog is displayed.
     
  2. Click Expand All or Collapse All link to view or hide all properties.

The properties page displays the following property files used by Kyvos.

  • globals.properties
  • kyvosclient.properties
  • olapengine.properties
  • queryengine.properties

Click the i icon corresponding to a property to view its description. Alternatively, click the Show Description button from the bottom of the page to view the description for all the properties.

Properties legend

The properties legend shows color coding for properties as:

  • For modified properties, you can choose to use either the default value or the modified value. Use the three-dots menu corresponding to the property to change the value.

Adding custom properties

You can add your custom properties using the Add Property button.

  1. For this, click the Add Property button, and enter details as:
    1. From the File name list, select the properties file to which you want to add the property.
    2. Enter the Property name and Property value.
    3. Click the Add button.
