Scheduling processes and viewing process histories

You can process many types of objects and view the process history. You can also view process notes.
Scheduling a process
To schedule a process, perform the following steps.
Do one of the following:
Right-click an object name in the list and choose Add Job.
From the Actions menu (...), choose Add Job.Â
The available choices vary depending on the object type you are viewing.
Specify when the process should occur and click Schedule.
Alternatively,
Click the Process tab at the top of the semantic model window.Â
Do one of the following depending on the type of process you want to schedule:
Click Schedule Job.
From the Actions menu (...) menu near Schedule Job, choose to Add Other Jobs.
Choose the job type and specify the Run settings.Â
Viewing history
Do one of the following:
Right-click an object name in the list and choose Add Job. Then click History in the dialog box.
Right-click an object name in the list and choose View Job Histories.
From the Actions menu (...), choose Add Job. Then click History in the dialog box.
From the Actions menu (...), choose View Job Histories.
Viewing process notes
To view process notes, perform the following step.
Right-click an object name in the list and choose Show Notes. This option is only available if a process has notes available.
Viewing semantic model process history
To view the semantic model process history, perform the following steps.Â
Click the Process tab at the top of the semantic model window.Â
View the history in the Process window.Â
