Values and behavior:
Possible values: Yes or No.
Yes: Kyvos Manager HA is enabled and displayed on the Kyvos Manager Dashboard page.
No: Kyvos Manager HA is disabled and is not displayed on the Kyvos Manager Dashboard page.
