Applies to: Kyvos Enterprise Kyvos Cloud (SaaS on AWS) Kyvos AWS Marketplace

Accessing Kyvos Web Portal
To log in to Kyvos Web Portal, perform the following steps:Â
Go to the URL you received via email from your Kyvos administrator.
For example, www.kyvosinsights.com/loginÂEnter your Username and Password.
Click Sign In.
We recommend changing your password the first time you sign in and regularly after that.
Points to RememberÂ
Depending on how Kyvos is installed on your site, you may be unable to change your password within Kyvos. See Changing your password for more information.
Your account will be locked if you enter the wrong password several times. This is governed by the following properties set up by your Kyvos administrator.
The number of unsuccessful attempts after which your account locks is configured through the ACCOUNT_LOCKOUT_THRESHOLD property.
The account will unlock automatically after the duration specified in the ACCOUNT_LOCKOUT_DURATION property. If this occurs, you can wait and try again or contact your administrator to get your account unlocked. You will receive an unlocking link on your registered email address. If the link expires, you can request a new unlocking link.Â
By default, all the passwords of native users (created in Kyvos) never expire. However, the administrator can set the password expiry time (the number of days) using the PASSWORD_EXPIRATION_TIME property. Kyvos sends a notification to all the native users whose password is about to expire.
When SSO is enabled in the Kyvos environment with OIDC or SMAL2.0, you will get an option of using the SSO for signing into the system or using your native credentials.
Users will not be forcefully redirected to the SSO page if the EXT_AUTH_INSTANT_LOGIN is set as Yes from the Kyvos Manager.
If you are a business user of Kyvos, see Kyvos Web Interface to learn more.
