From Kyvos 2023.3 onwards, you can add tags to various data processing jobs as they are executed. This is beneficial to implement, as it allows you to associate each job instance with a specific label or tag. This tagging system serves the purpose of categorizing data processing job instances according to your business needs.

By assigning relevant tags to each job instance, you can efficiently organize your workflow. These labels can help you filter and sort job instances easily, streamlining your data processing tasks. With this tagging feature, managing your jobs becomes more manageable, as it simplifies the process of locating and distinguishing between different job instances.

Points to know

  • You can add, modify, and delete tags for each scheduled job and for completed job instances.

  • Multiple tags are supported for each job instance.

  • You can filter job instances by tags on the 'Process' tab of the semantic model page.

  • You can view tags on the 'Job history' page for all job instances, including scheduled, running, and completed jobs.

  • You can view the tags linked to each job instance on the Monitor's page by right-clicking the job. The Notes dialog box will be displayed, and you can view the assigned tags for completed or running processes.
