Before you start using Kyvos Copilot

Kyvos Copilot currently operates exclusively with the Large Language Model (LLM) services offered by OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.

To use Conversational Analytics with Kyvos through GenAI, you need a valid license file for Conversational AI. For specific details about your plan or rates, please refer to your license agreement or contact your Kyvos representative.
Once you have obtained the license from your Kyvos representative, you must upload it via Kyvos Manager on the Kyvos License page.

To create a GenAI connection, enable Conversational AI on the Gen AI Configuration page in Kyvos Manager.
To integrate Kyvos with host applications for Conversational Analytics, configure the User Interface (UI) elements for chat sessions on the Manage Configuration page from Kyvos Manager.
