Before you start using Kyvos Dialogues

Kyvos Dialogues currently operates exclusively with the Large Language Model (LLM) services offered by OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.

To use Conversational Analytics, you need a valid license file. Please refer to your license agreement or contact your Kyvos representative for specific details about your plan or rates.
Once you have obtained the license from your Kyvos representative, you must upload it from Kyvos Manager on the Kyvos License page.

To create a GenAI connection, enable Conversational AI on the Gen AI Configuration page in Kyvos Manager.
To integrate Kyvos with host applications for Conversational Analytics, configure the User Interface (UI) elements for chat sessions from Kyvos Manager.
