Exporting Pinned Chats and Full Pinboard as PDF

Pinned chats or a full pinboard can be exported as a PDF.

• Exporting pinned charts

• Exporting full pinboard

To export the pinned chats, perform the following steps.

1. Click the actions menu (…) > Export, located at the right of the page. The PDF Export dialog is displayed.

2. On the dialog box, select the Include Only Pinned Conversations checkbox. The pinned conversations will be exported in the PDF format.

Similarly, to export the full pinboard, click the actions menu (…) > Export, located at the right of the page. The PDF will be exported containing details of the full pinboard.
