Kyvos Deployment on Azure through Azure Template Specs

Kyvos now offers deployment through Template Spec, which improves user experience by enabling users to dynamically toggle parameters based on specific conditions. With this support, users no longer need to deploy Kyvos Manager for template generation to create Kyvos resources, simplifying the entire deployment process and making it more user-friendly.
