This section provides details to sign in to Kyvos Manager and Kyvos Reporting Service.

Sign in to Kyvos Manager

New users receive an email, which is sent to the email address. The email contains a link, which is used to sign in to Kyvos Manager. 

To sign in to Kyvos Manager, perform the following steps. 

  1. Go to the URL you received via email from your Kyvos administrator. For example, www.kyvosinsights.com/login 
    The Kyvos Sign In page is displayed. 

  2. Enter your Username and password provided in the email.

  3. Click Sign In. You are redirected to a page to provide your email address and update the temporary password. 
    The page to Update User Details and Change Password is displayed. 

  4. Enter your Email address and click Next. The Change Password screen is displayed. 

  5. Enter the current password.

  6. Enter your new password and retype your new password to confirm. 

  7. Click Finish. You are returned to the Sign In page. 

  8. Enter your username and new password. You are signed in to Kyvos Manager and can access the functionality assigned to your administrative role. By default, all users of the Kyvos Manager are administrators.

Sign in to Kyvos Reporting Dashboard

After adding Kyvos Reporting Service component, you will see the Kyvos Reporting section on the Dashboard.

To sign in to Kyvos Reporting Dashboard, perform the following steps.

  1. Click the Kyvos Reporting Service link to open the Kyvos Reporting Portal directly from Kyvos Manager.

  2. The Sign in page is displayed. Enter your user name and password as Admin, and then click Sign In.

  3. For security reasons, after your first login to Kyvos Reporting, you will be immediately redirected to the Change Password page.

  4. To change a password, perform the following steps.

  5. Enter your current password as Admin.

  6. Enter a New Password and then retype it to Confirm it.

  7. Click Change. The Kyvos Reporting Dashboard is displayed.

You can now login to Kyvos Reporting Services to design smart reports, charts, and dashboards as per your business needs. For more information about Kyvos Reporting, see the Intellicus documentation.

Note

When you start Kyvos Reporting services, the reporting portal usually opens quickly. However, sometimes the Reporting Server may take longer to fully initialize. In such cases, you may need to wait for a short period before logging in to Kyvos Reporting. This waiting period is necessary until the server's initialization is complete.
