Kyvos Dialogues: Frequently Asked Questions

To enable GenAI in Kyvos: 

• Conversational Analytics must be enabled in the license. 

• A valid connection must be added to the genai.json file.

For a new conversation, the client sends the previously generated SQL query to the server, if available. The server then uses this query to create a new one.

No, Kyvos currently does not integrate with any third-party chatbots.

• To generate the summary, we have conducted extensive prompt engineering. We provide the data along with a well-designed prompt that helps the language model identify key insights. This process results in a summary highlighting important patterns and trends, giving you valuable information.

• For the title, we combine a customized prompt with the SQL query related to your data. This approach enables the language model to create an engaging title that accurately reflects its purpose and functionality.

Kyvos will provide a dedicated page for defining metadata for Conversation Analytics. On this page, you can specify synonyms or alternative terms to be used for dimension names, attributes, and measures. For example, if "Material" can also be referred to as "Ingredient," you can indicate this. This feature will facilitate the creation of a glossary for Conversation Analytics.
