Sharing Chat Sessions

You can share the link to the saved chats and grant access to any user or group you want to allow to use the saved chat session.

To share the chat session link, perform the following steps.

1. Click the Actions menu (…) located at the left of the page, place the mouse cursor at the Share list and then select the via Link option.
   The Share Chat Session dialog is displayed.

2. Copy the link of the chat session and share it.

To grant access rights to share the link of the chat session link, click the Grant Access option. For more information about granting access, see the Sharing an object.
