The property determines whether to create a user who doesn't exist for Third-Party SSO (OIDC and SAML2).

Values and behavior:

Possible values: yes or no.

Note

By default, when you set this property to 'no', the behavior will match the Kyvos SSO login. In the Kyvos web portal, if a user is not already created, the portal will not allow user creation upon login and will fail the user's attempt to login.
