Delivery Options

The different delivery options are:

• Email

• Print

• Upload

• Publish

Important:

• You can specify more than one report delivery options. For example, email and publish options in conjunction can be specified.

• You can password protect files (XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, PDF) to add more security. You will find the checkbox to password protect respective files under Report Formats > Delivery Options.  

• To enable password protection of certain file types, report designers will be first required to set a password. The process to set a password is explained in System Administration category > Creating Password to Protect Files while Exporting or Scheduling.

• The password protect feature is available in Adhoc and Standard/ Studio report types.
