Create a Data Warehouse Connection

Kyvos Reporting helps you to process OLAP cube-building activity on a dedicated cube server. To process this, you first need to create a data warehouse connection that holds the data that you want to use for cube building.

1. To create a data warehouse connection, go to Navigate > Administration > Configure > Connections

2. Click Add. Or you can modify an existing connection.

3. In the current version, you can create a data warehouse connection with MSSQL, POSTGRES, or MYSQL as the provider.

4. Create a desired connection.

5. While creating the connection, select the Data Warehouse Connection checkbox. This property is below the Read Only property.

6. Once saved, this connection will serve as the data warehouse connection.
