Subscriptions
If you have set a highlighting condition and created an alert, you can subscribe these alerts to receive alert notifications. On the Notification page, you can provide information on whom to notify, when to notify, and create a message to send along with the notification.
Adding a Subscription
To create a subscription,
Go to Navigate > Notify > Notification

Alert Frequency
Specify the frequency at which you wish to receive the alert notifications. You can choose any of the below frequency –
In Minutes
Every Hour
Every Day
Every Week
Every Month
When you choose any frequency from the dropdown, it will open associated properties.
For instance, if you select In Minutes, you will need to provide after how many minutes and at what time you want the notifications to start generating. You can set the frequency as 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, etc.
Alert Conditions
Intellicus gives you the flexibility to view and customize alert conditions while creating subscriptions. If you need to update the highlighting condition, click on Customize Alerts.

You can create multiple conditions in a single subscription.
For example, while creating report we set a highlight condition to mark the Entire Row red if the Sales Value is below threshold. In the above screen, we have added a condition to mark the Sales Person field with a red downward arrow if the Sales Value is below threshold. Similarly, you can specify/ add more conditions.
In case you want to create different conditions for different users for a same report, you will need to create multiple subscriptions with different alert conditions for specific users.
Viewing and Editing Subscription
Once you have created a subscription, from the Notifications page, you can view the list of subscriptions you have created. You can use the Filter button to filter the subscriptions on basis of who subscribed it; All, Me, or Others. You can Edit the subscription, Unsubscribe it if you wish to. You will find these operations on hovering your mouse over the respective row.

If a Subscription is assigned to you by someone else, you will find the option to Block it. If you have chosen to block any subscriptions, you can anytime unblock it using the Unblock option, visible on hovering over the respective row.
