The Kyvos cluster is a dedicated hardware cluster on which the Kyvos application is installed. The Kyvos Manager Web application enables you to create and operate Kyvos clusters in an easy, streamlined, and consistent way with just a few clicks.
The Kyvos 2024.3 release has added support for using a Kyvos Native (dedicated node) as a compute engine in on-premises deployments.

To create and deploy a Kyvos cluster with Hadoop (External Compute), See the Kyvos Deployment for On-Premises Environment with Hadoop section.
To create and deploy a Kyvos cluster with no Hadoop and no Spark (Native Compute), see the Kyvos Deployment for On-premises with No Hadoop and No Spark section.
Once you have successfully validated a cluster, you can deploy it.

Post-deployment, you can add a new data disk on Query Engines. See the Resources Configuration section for more details.Â
