You can view the status of all the operations performed on the cluster. You can also apply filters to view the status of the required operations.Â
On the navigation pane, Monitor and High Availability> Monitor.
On the Monitor page, click the Operations tab.Â
To view Operation Summary and Operation Logs details for an operation, select the operation from the list, and click the Show Details button. The details are displayed, as shown in the following figure.
From Kyvos 2024.2 onwards, you can apply filters ‘is in the list’ or ‘is not the list’ to get the user list. By default, 500 users are loaded. To load more users, click the Load More button. Additionally, you can search for users using the ‘Search' bar.
Tip
To navigate to the page from where the operation was triggered, click the Navigate to configuration page link.
By default, 500 operations are displayed. To load more operations, click the Load More button.
Exporting all logsÂ
You can export all operations logs of Kyvos Manager and download the required logs in CSV format.
Note
Filters, errors, warnings, and informational messages will be disregarded during the export of operation logs. As a result, all operation logs will be downloaded.
To export the log, perform the following steps.Â
On the navigation pane, Monitor and High Availability> Monitor.
On the Monitor page, click the Operations tab.Â
To view Operation Logs details for an operation, select the operation from the list, and click the Show Details button. The Summary and Logs tab is displayed listing details for the selected operation. The details are displayed, as shown in the following figure.
In the Log Files tab, click the three dots display next to the Filter by option.Â
Click Export All Logs. The logs are downloaded in the CSV format. Â
Exporting Operations to CSV format
You can export cluster operations to CSV format.
On the Operations page, click the Actions menu (…) and then click Export to CSV.
